How To Make Strawberry And Nutella French Toast Roll Ups
– 10 slices of white bread
– 200g strawberries
– 200g Nutella
– 15g butter
– 2 x eggs
– 200ml milk
– 100g caster sugar
– 1 tbsp cinnamon
Cut the crusts off the bread, flatten out using a rolling pin and spread one side with Nutella.
Next, chop up the strawberries and place a line at one end of each slice and roll them up!
Whisk together the egg and milk and dunk each roll in to coat it well.
Melt the butter over a medium heat until it starts to bubble then cook the rolls until golden on all sides.
Mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl..
Remove the rolls from the pan and coat them in the cinnamon and sugar mix.
Slice up a few extra strawberries, add a bit more Nutella…
