Holly Willoughby’s ‘recent weight loss’ is down to just four foods, apparently.
That’s according to one of these ‘TV insiders’ we sometimes hear about – they’ve said the presenter has been eating chicken, carrots, hummus and mango.
This source said Holly is determined to keep her ‘new-look body’, so she eats chicken, carrots and hummus, and mango, ‘to satisfy her sweet tooth’. Ok then.
But it’s probably a load of rubbish anyway – because not only is that a completely unhealthy way to lose weight (ask a nutritionist), but less than a week ago, Holly posted a picture of a cheese fondue and a glass of Champagne, which she was clearly enjoying, so…

The source, who spoke to Mirror, said ‘Pilates fan Holly’ also goes to ballet classes and does kickboxing to stay in shape.
She loves doing them. She says she’s discovered ‘a new me’ and won’t be giving up any time soon.
Holly really can’t do anything without people commenting on her image. Earlier this year, a photo she put up on Instagram caused some kind of uproar.
