Last year, five friends – all men in their 30s and 40s – set up and hosted the inaugural ‘Sex Island’ party on a private island in the Caribbean.
The group of men – which includes a hedge-funder, a nightclub owner, and brothel owner – regularly host and attend ‘sex parties’ around the world. They decided to start their own, and share their vision with like-minded individuals.
The result was ‘Sex Island’ – a sexual extravaganza equal parts orgy, holiday, and drug-fuelled bender. Probably the only holiday where it’s wise to get you jabs after you’ve been.
Now, the group have revealed where their second ‘Sex Island’ holiday will be: in a swanky hotel on a private island off the coast of Trinidad and Tobago.
Originally advertised as $6,000 for the four-day, three-night stay, the prices were slashed as part of a Black Friday promotion to $4,500.
For that price, guests will apparently each have two prostitutes available to them throughout their stay, as well as unlimited food and drink.
Guests will also have easy access to drugs, with the island staff reportedly acting as ‘liaisons’ between guests and dealers.
According to the hosts, the company has permission from the authorities in Trinidad and Tobago to hold their event. However, the island nation’s Ministry of Tourism said they had never heard of the exclusive event when asked by the New York Post. They also added that drugs and prostitution are illegal in the nation.
The company tried to hold their first ‘Sex Island’ off the coast of Cartagena, Colombia. However, when a video promoting the sordid holiday went viral, the Colombian government worked quickly to shut it down. As a result, they relocated the party to a private island in the Caribbean.
In a strange twist of fate that’s definitely not a massive PR stunt, a 16-year-old schoolboy from New York won a ‘golden ticket’ to the island after using his dad’s credit card to enter a competition.
The teenager, named Brian, has been given permission to go by his parents, though his dad has expressed a keen interest in tagging along…
Brian said, via the Mirror:
After seeing the videos from Sex Island I just wanted to be there, but never imagined I would actually win. I used my dad’s credit card without telling him.
When told my parents they were very angry. But then my dad researched about it and liked what he saw too. He decided that I could go, and signed a permission slip because I’m not an adult.
I can’t sleep properly waiting to go, and thinking about how it will be.
I want to have sex for the first time. Losing my virginity is really important to me at this time in my life.
In case you were wondering, according to the company’s website, all the women on the trip have been tested and found free of STIs, so Brian’s parents can at least have that to reassure them.
