If you’re struggling to think of a Christmas present to get your family, we’ve got the perfect stocking filler.
Pardon the euphemism, but we’re getting all hot and bothered over here, because the calendar showcasing sexy ginger pubes has been released.
That’s right, 12 guys, 12 copper knobs, ‘because ginger pubes are awesome and your life needs more colour’.
The 'Red Hot C**ks' calendar, which features a different rusty yet raunchy snap each month, is making its way to shelves just in time for Christmas.
The calendar has been collated by Red Hot, who do a spin-off calendar every year to raise money for a worthy cause.
They're also trying to stick two fingers up at the stigma against ginger pubes, which are still something of a social taboo.
As well as raising awareness, the calendar also plans to help raise funds for the Movember Foundation's Testicular Cancer Awareness campaign.
Around 47 per cent of British men diagnosed with testicular cancer are younger than 35-years-old, so this is an urgent cause.
The calendar has been made possible through crowdfunding, with the goal of £6,500 already exceeded by 300%.
For those who are worrying about the strategically placed emojis, they won't be present in the actual calendar, and you'll see the ginger pubes in all their glory!
Photographer of the project Thomas Knights said:
The world is a dark place, so brighten up your life with our new, super colourful 'Red Hot C**ks' charity calendar.
This isn't the only calendar on the shelves from the folks over at Red Hot - they've released a Red Hot British Boys calendar just in time for 2018.
The sales from this calendar is raising money for the Ben Cohen STANDUP Foundation - a charity helping to connect communities and support those working to eradicate bullying, especially in the LGBTQ+ community.
Art director, Elliott James Frieze, said of the Red Hot British Boys calendar:
At Red Hot we want people to feel proud of what makes them different.
So, to celebrate the launch of the Red Hot British Boys 2018 calendar, we have teamed up with Chappy, the app that aims to challenge the perception of gay dating.
In answer to why Thomas thinks the red head should be celebrated, he said:
In the UK and throughout the world, being ginger comes with many stigmas attached. Many are bullied at school and for some, even later in life.
As far as I can see, no one has focused (or noticed) the huge, polarised gap between the way our society perceives red headed women (often the ultimate woman - think Jessica Rabbit) and red headed males (often emasculated and de-sexualised in film and TV - no Hollywood heroes, heartthrobs - few leading men).
So if you want to get your hands on the calendars as a cheeky Christmas present to yourself or a family member who has a sense of humour (or an affinity for the ginger man) - you can buy them here - and for more information, visit the Red Hot Exhibition Facebook page.
They've even added a hefty discount ready for Black Friday, so now is the time to buy.
The group are hosting a launch night on December 8 at the Dollar Baby club for all those who love some fiery fun.
