Charlie Sheen Wants 2016 To Claim One Last Victim
Tributes have been pouring in for Hollywood star Debbie Reynolds, who passed away a day after her daughter Carrie Fisher.
The actress, 84, was rushed to hospital with a suspected stroke. Her son, Todd Fisher, said the stress of his sister’s death had been too much for her.
Bette Midler said Reynolds was ‘devoted to her craft’ and that her death was ‘too hard to comprehend’.
While William Shatner said her passing broke his heart and she was ‘one of the last of Hollywood Royalty’.
But instead of posting a touching memory about Reynolds, Charlie Sheen took a rather less traditional approach and posted an incredibly insensitive tweet instead, Mashable reports.
As well as praying for Donald Trump to be the next big name death of 2016, Sheen also included in the tweet the middle finger emoji and, inexplicably, a copyright symbol.
Don’t get me wrong, 2016 has been a rather difficult year to handle what with Trump’s unexpected election, Brexit and the rise of the alt-right- coupled with the death of many beloved celebrities.
But regardless, there’s absolutely no place for this kind of behaviour.
Who knows, with a tweet like that Sheen may even have the Secret Service knocking on his door if he’s not careful.
Hopefully 2017 will be a much better year for the actor.
