Chris Hemsworth’s Wife Wrestles Giant Snake From Family Home

Chris Hemsworth is known for fighting all manner of monsters and evil villains on screen, especially Thor’s snaky brother Loki.

Yet Chris Hemsworth isn’t the only one wrestling snakes – his wife Elsa Pataky showed no fear when she fought a metre-long snake in the bathroom of their family home.

The Spanish model even posted to Instagram to document the skirmish, saying:

This is how I put her in the box. So professional!

Incredibly, the dangerous creature ended up in a cardboard box through the use of a pole from a mop and some pretty expert balancing on the lid of the toilet seat.

Personally, if I was battling a snake in the bathroom, I’d develop a makeshift bit of armour to protect my body, but Elsa warded off the intruder in nothing but a bikini and a T-shirt.

The actress has previously admitted to keeping a pet snake in her bedroom with the Thor actor.

She told Yahoo Be last year:

I don’t mind the wild, people are like ‘You have a snake in your bedroom! And I’m like, ‘I know! I love it!’

Every morning I go to my horse barefoot and I clean out the stalls. My daughter asked me ‘Mumma, are we farmers now?’ and I was like, ‘Yes! We are farmers!’

She doesn’t admire anything about the movies, she’s just excited to be at home and being with the horses – giving them hay.

Neither husband or wife are not at all squeamish when it comes to creepy crawlies or all things nature and regularly share snaps of themselves among their animal mates.

To be fair, you wouldn’t be afraid of anything either if you worked out the way Chris Hemsworth does for his role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The Aussie actor is as ripped as they come, but it was only in preparation for the most recent Thor flick, we actually got to see his workout at the gym.

Unfortunately, it appears there’s no simple shortcut to getting a summer body like Chris’s, as can be seen in the footage below:

Saying that, I could be as ripped as they come, but I’d still be terrified of snakes and I definitely wouldn’t keep one in my bedroom.

That’s Aussies for ya!
