To shave, or not to shave, that is the question.

Currently society favours the shaving option, with a well groomed bush being a popular choice.

With that option there comes the risk of razor rash, but according to AsapSCIENCE that is not the only danger people need to be aware of.

So the risk of contracting pubic lice does decrease -hooray- but it is not all good news.

Due to the abrasions on the skin which you probably can’t even see, the odds of catching other nasty STIs increases.

Allegedly the rise in gonorrhea, chlamydia, and HPV infections correlates to the massive increase in people removing their pubes.

So take your pick, go retro with a risk of lice, or be a hipster with razor rash and potentially a ‘myriad’ of STIs.

Decisions, decisions.
