If you're a regular concert goer, you'll know it is often not the most pleasant and easiest experience leaving the venue and heading home.
After having the time of your lives for a number of hours listening to some of your favourite songs, the massive jams heading out of the stadium can put a bit of a sour taste in the mouth.
And for those who travel using public transport, you'll often find they have run their course for the day even before the concert has finished.

Well, that wasn't the case for a recent Beyoncé gig as the 'Single Ladies' singer paid a whopping $100,000 to keep Metro lines running after her concert ended in Washington DC on Sunday (6 August).
As reported by ABC7, the extension of the Metro line was really necessary after the 41-year-old's show at the FedEx Field - located in Summerfield, Maryland - as part of her ongoing Renaissance Tour, was postponed for nearly two hours.
That was due to a shelter-in-place order being issued in the US capital as a result of inclement weather.

Beyoncé stepped in to provide fans with an extra hour of Metro service, ensuring her fans got home safely after the concert.
In an incredible act of kindness, the singer paid for nearly 100 train stations to remain open after hours - though that was for exits only.
Near the gig, concert goers were able to access an entrance at Morgan Boulevard.
While fans have praised Beyoncé for this incredible gesture, other fans were previously left fuming over $157 'listening only' tickets that had no view of the stage.

Due to the popularity of her tour, fans are now able to purchase a seat behind the stage, where they can listen to music while Beyoncé puts on a show for the people in front.
Considering you can't even see the singer, fans have been left unsurprisingly outraged at the price.
“@Beyonce is in concert 20 min away at @MetLifeStadium. It’s my birthday weekend. Lowest priced tickets are ~$350 pp for no view, listening-only seats,” one fan wrote on Twitter.

“I would love to see her in concert but no way I can afford to shell out $700 and not even see [her].”
While another fan told The Sun: "The whole point of going to the concert is seeing her in person and watching the spectacle of the production.
“It’s ridiculous. If I only wanted to hear the concert, I’d stand outside in the car park.”
