The music scene has been shaken to its core after Diddy was handed two separate lawsuits. But now, a third has been filed which shares more details of alleged assaults by the producer.
This new case comes the same day the Harlem native was accused of sexually assaulting a college student in 1991.

Sean Combs, also known by stage names such as ‘P. Diddy’, or ‘Puff Daddy’, has recently been accused by multiple women of assault, battery and even revenge porn.
Cassie, singer and Diddy’s on-again off-again girlfriend of 10 years, initially filed a lawsuit detailing years of historic and continued abuse perpetrated by the music executive throughout their relationship and even afterwards.
The two quickly settled outside of court in a $30 million deal, though Diddy denied the allegations brought against him.

But the entertainer was slapped with another lawsuit shortly after, just one day before the alleged historic sexual assault of Joie Dickerson-Neal would have reached its statute of limitation.
In the filing, it claims that Dickerson-Neal reluctantly went to dinner with Diddy, before he allegedly drugged her and took advantage of her incapacitated state.
The woman went on to explain that Cassie’s case against the music star was the trigger that ‘forced her to face his assault again’.
Now, a third woman has accused him of assault which was filed on Thursday (23 November) in New York County Supreme Court.

Rolling Stone reported that a Jane Doe alleges the 54-year-old and his singer-songwriter friend, Aaron Hall, took turns raping her and a friend in NYC over 30 years ago.
As all litigation have been filed under the Adult Survivors Act, which expired on 24 November, it means that they have come just in time for their historic cases to be eligible for court.
Jane Doe’s lawsuit alleges that ‘Combs and Hall were very flirtatious and handsy with Jane Doe and her friend, offering them drinks throughout the night’ before coercing her into having sex later at her apartment.

It continued: “After Combs finished doing his business, Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized.”
“As she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him.”
According to the lawsuit, the other woman also ‘had been forced to have sex with Combs and Hall in another room’.
The lawsuit also claims that days after the event, the music producer turned violent.

“He was irate and began assaulting and choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out,” it alleged.
Regarding the Adult Survivors Act, a spokesperson for Diddy wrote in a statement to PEOPLE stating: “These are fabricated claims falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute. This is nothing but a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial benefit.”
They went on to say that ‘the New York Legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited by scammers. The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these bogus allegations’.
Diddy is continuing to deny the allegations, claiming that all three women fabricated their stories.
His spokesperson told PEOPLE: “This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson's 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more.”
