Tulisa Is Getting Absolutely Destroyed Over This ‘Sweet Like Chocolate’ Cover

Tulisa Contostavlos is set to make a comeback in the music world which no-one asked for.
You might remember her from the incredibly annoying N’Dubz or as judge on that talent show which a lot of people seem to love for some reason.
But she’s been out of the limelight for a little while now after facing false allegations of drug dealing in 2013, which caused a massive shitstorm and effectively ruined her career.
So, to mark her return to the music biz, she’s decided to make a 2016 remake of the Shanks & Bigfoot garage classic, ‘Sweet Like Chocolate’.
Here’s a teaser she dropped earlier:
In a statement, she said:
I’ve taken the chorus of an old school classic and written around it. It’s one of the most loved tracks of the 90s, and one of my favourite songs as a child. It was amazing to remake and rewrite a song like Sweet Like Chocolate, it feels like a good way to come back.
The 28-year-old singer seems very excited about the single, which will be available to download on Friday, but the people of Twitter… not so much:
Tulisa’s last single ‘Living Without You’ was released over 18 months ago and missed out on the top 40 entirely, charting at 44.
Going by this reception we doubt her latest effort will do much better.
