Police have revealed the discovery of a prison officer's car, abandoned after she helped an inmate escape.
Prison guard Vicky White's SUV was found a week after she and suspected murderer Casey White fled from Lauderdale County Jail in Alabama.
The pair have reportedly had a secret 'special relationship' since 2020.
Vicky, 56, reportedly told colleagues she was taking Casey, 38, for a mental health evaluation. However, they ended up getting in her Ford Edge.

Vicky is said to have purchased the car under a different name. After transferring from the police vehicle to the SUV, the pair drove to Tennessee and abandoned the car.
The car was discovered 100 miles north of the jail. Lauderdale County Sheriff's Office revealed the duo tried to spray paint the orange car green in an attempt to cover their tracks.
The discovered car was reported to authorities yesterday, 6 May.

Vicky's jail radio, handcuffs and keys were found inside the abandoned vehicle, MailOnline reports.
Sheriff Rick Singleton from Lauderdale County stated: "Somebody might have given them a ride – they could have walked and then stolen a vehicle. No one knew they were missing at that time.
"This was a well thought-out, calculated plan.... we're sort of at a loss."
According to police, before the escape Vicky sold her home and withdrew $90,000 in cash from her bank.

Fears have been growing for Vicky's safety after police revealed Casey's ex-girlfriend and sister are being given protection by the FBI because of threats the fugitive made to them.
Casey is noted as having tattoos of Nazi symbols and the Confederate flag on his back.
Photos have also been released showing Vicky with both brown and blonde hair, incase she's dyed it.
Sheriff Singleton addressed the prison officer: "If you're still safe, get out and turn yourself in."
The investigation into the murder of Casey's ex-girlfriend, Christy Shelton, in 2008, has since been reopened by police.

Her death was initially ruled as a suicide but her family were left unconvinced, reports WAFF. She died from a gunshot wound to the chest. Casey had reportedly been there when the incident occurred.
He was eventually sentenced to 75 years in prison for a number of crimes – the charges included attempted murder. Casey was also said to be awaiting trial for his suspected involvement the death of a 59-year-old woman.
Authorities have warned the public the pair may be 'armed and dangerous' as were caught on surveillance footage at the jail with an AR-15 and a shotgun.

Vicky had been planning to retire just before she took off with the killer, a move which has left her colleagues 'devastated'.
"I think all of our employees and myself included were really hoping that she did not participate in this willingly. But all indications are that she absolutely did," Sheriff Singleton told Good Morning America.
Sheriff Singleton told AI.com: "We're having to do a nationwide search. And we've got boots on the ground across the country, following up on tips and leads for us through the U.S. Marshal's fugitive task force.
"So it's just a matter of time. We'll get them. Obviously, the sooner the better."
