Family Kicked Off Flight After Delta Threatened To ‘Take Their Children’

It appears the airlines of America are having a competitive dick swinging contest to prove who’s the most barbaric. Now Delta have turned up to the fight.

Just last month it was United Airlines who set the bar high for aeroplane brutality when they dragged of Dr. David Dao and disgustingly roughed him up a fair bit too.

Why? Because his flight was overbooked and he was selected to be forced off. Now, overbooking has struck again – this time on Delta Airlines, where a husband and wife were forced off a flight with their two babies, according to Uproxx.

Posting to YouTube, a man known as Brian S uploaded a video of the moment he and his family were told they had to leave a Delta flight because his son was too young to sit in a seat Brian had paid for.

Now you might be thinking that if that’s the airline’s rules then so be it – but Brian insists he’s flown on Delta a lot before and there’s never been such an issue.

The father explains the situation in the video description, writing:

They oversold the flight and asked us to give up a seat we purchased for my older son that my younger son was sitting in. You will hear them lie to me numerous times to get my son out of the seat. The end result was we were all kicked off the flight.

They then filled our 4 seats with 4 customers that had tickets but no seats. They oversold the flight. When will this all stop?

It was midnight in Maui and we had to get a hotel and purchase new tickets the following day.

The video of the flight fight shows attendants warning Brian that he and his wife will be thrown in jail and their children put in foster care if they do not comply.

Eventually Brian, seemingly on the brink of tears, agrees to leave after he’s told by an employee that if he and his family don’t get off, they will be forced off.

Brian asks the employee what he’s supposed to do with two small children at midnight in an airport. The employee replies: ‘At this point you guys are on your own’.
