With the Premier League settled and the Euros on the horizon it was only a matter of time before participating nations started trolling each other online.

The first shots have been fired and the scoreline currently reads Germany 1-0 England.

The effort was produced by German airline Lufthansa, as their latest advert shows the horror an English fan expects to encounter after learning he is flying to the tournament with the airline.

Check it out:

The dismayed Ingerland fan can only imagine bratwurst, lederhosen, sauerkraut, cuckoo clocks, and obnoxious kids only too happy to remind him of Germany’s four world cups to England’s one.

He then wakes up to the fact it will just be a standard flight with a kid only too happy to remind him of Germany’s four world cups to England’s one.

Expert trolling.

Jokes on them though, have they not heard that following the Three Lions 2-3 comeback against Germany in March the trophy engravers are already on standby…
