Here’s How To Make Cookies ‘N’ Cream Lasagne
– 600g Oreos
– 80g butter
– 400g soft cheese
– 600ml double cream
– 80g caster sugar
– 100g white chocolate
– 300g dark chocolate
– Squirty cream
– Chocolate chips
First, split 300g of the Oreos into cookies and creams.
Blend the cookies.
And fold in the melted butter.
Pour into a baking dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For the cheesecake mix, fold together cream cheese, sugar, melted white chocolate and creams.
Followed by 300ml of whipped cream and 150g of crushed Oreos.
Top with a layer of the remaining Oreos, pour into the tray and refrigerate for one hour.
To make the ganache pour boiling cream on the dark chocolate. Whisk.
Pour into the baking dish and refrigerate for two hours.
Top with squirty cream and chocolate chips.
