Here’s How To Make Lasagne Cups



– 4 tortilla wraps
– 1 onion
– 2 garlic cloves
– 250g beef mince
– 150ml red wine
– 200g chopped tomatoes
– 1 beef stock cube
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 bay leaf
– 2 tsp oregano
– 2 tsp basil
– 200ml water
– Salt & pepper
– 35g butter
– 35g plain flour
– 350ml milk
– 1 tsp English mustard
– 75g cheddar cheese
– Fresh pasta sheets
– 75g mozzarella


First, cut out circles from the tortilla wraps.

Place them into a greased tray and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

For the bolognese, cook off the onion, garlic and beef mince.

Chuck in the red wine and the chopped tomatoes. Reduce by half.

And add in the dried herbs, Worcestershire sauce and beef stock.

Top up with water and simmer for 40 minutes.

For the cheese sauce, melt the butter in a pan and whisk in the flour.

Gradually add in the milk and whisk until a thick sauce is formed.

Spoon in the mustard and chuck in 75g of grated cheddar.

To assemble, first spoon in the bolognese.

Followed by a pasta circle and cheese sauce. Repeat.

Top with mozzarella and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
