Here’s How You Make A Chilli Tortilla Ring



– 1 tsp chopped garlic
– 1 tsp chopped chilli
– 1 onion
– 1 pepper
– 1 tbsp smoked paprika
– 1 tbsp cumin
– 1 tbsp coriander
– 300g beef mince
– 300ml passata
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 beef stock cube
– Handful of fresh coriander
– 6 tortillas
– 1 egg
– 75g mozzarella
– Salsa
– Sour Cream
– Guacamole
– Jalapeños



First, fry garlic and chilli until softened.

Then add in the onion and pepper, cook for 5-10 minutes.

Chuck in the spices and cook down for 1 minute.

Then add in the beef and cook until brown.

Add in the passata, Worcestershire sauce and stock cube. Allow to cook down for 30 minutes.

Throw in some coriander and seasoning to finish the chilli.

For the tortilla ring, slice each tortilla into a square.

Then cut out long triangles.

And arrange them onto a lined circle tray and overlap each piece until you create a sun-dial shape.

Pour the chilli around the side.

And then top with mozzarella.

Egg wash the edges and fold in underneath. Bake at 180 degrees celsius until golden.

To finish, dollop in salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and top with coriander.
