Here’s How You Make Cookie Dough Truffles



– 115g butter
– 170g sugar
– 460g plain flour
– 1 can condensed milk
– 75g chocolate chips
– 450g dark chocolate
– 50g milk chocolate



First, cream the butter and sugar.


Then add in the condensed milk and mix well.

Add in the plain flour and chocolate chips, giving the mix one final stir.

Roll bits of the dough into balls and allow to set the truffles in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Melt the dark chocolate over a pan of boiling water and allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Place the truffles in the melted chocolate and using a fork, roll the cookie dough in it until fully covered. Chill for 30 minutes.

To decorate, melt the milk chocolate and drizzle over the top of the truffles. Allow to set for another 10 minutes.
