Here’s How You Make Hot Chocolate & Marshmallow Cupcakes



For the cakes:

– 45g butter
– 150g caster sugar
– 1 egg
– 110g plain flour
– 20g cocoa powder
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 115ml milk
-200g Marshmallow Fluff
– Marshmallows

For the icing:

– 300g icing sugar
– 100g butter
– 40g cocoa powder
– 40ml milk



First, cream the butter and sugar together.

Then add in the egg and whisk.

Fold in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.

And loosen the batter with milk.

Spoon the mixture into cupcake wrappers. Bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.

For the icing, whisk together sugar, butter and cocoa powder.

Then gradually add milk until the icing is pliable.

Once the cakes are cooled, take out the core of each one.
