Here’s How You Make Jack Daniels And Coke Ribs



– 200g brown sugar
– 1 tbsp garlic (finely chopped)
– 250g sweet pickle
– 230ml vegetable oil
– 240g tomato ketchup
– 1 tsp chilli flakes
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 can of Jack Daniels & Coke
– 10 pork ribs
– Small handful of coriander leaves

In a pan, mix together the sugar, garlic, pickle, oil, ketchup, chilli and salt.

Then pour in the JD and Coke and simmer until a thick sauce is formed.

Drizzle the marinade over the ribs and mix well.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 30-40 minutes.

To finish, top with some of the sticky glaze and coriander.
