Here’s How You Make Quick And Easy Meatballs



For the meatballs:

– 500g beef mince
– 1 tsp oregano
– 1 tsp thyme
– salt and pepper

For the sauce:

– 2 cloves of garlic
– 100ml red wine
– 500ml passata
– salt and pepper
– small handful of basil (finely chopped)
– 100g grated mozzarella



For the meatball mix, combine the mince, oregano, thyme and seasoning.


Then roll into balls.

On a high heat, fry the meatballs until browned on the outside.

For the sauce, fry the garlic for 30 seconds, before pouring in the red wine.

Reduce by half, before adding in the passata.

Cook for five more minutes, before finishing the sauce with the chopped basil.

Pour the meatballs into the warm sauce and sprinkle on the grated cheese. Grill for 2-3 minutes.
