‘Human Ken Doll’ Rodrigo Alves has opened up his thoughts on gender reassignment surgery to an Italian chat show saying one day he may become a ‘Barbie’.

The 35-year-old TV personality recently appeared on Italian talk show Domenica Live, hosted by Barbara D’Urso.

With his striking appearance, Rodrigo is well used to courting controversy, however his surprise admission still caused quite a stir.

The plastic-fantastic celeb made the following announcement:

One day when I’m older I may have a sex change and became a Barbie.

He added:

In life we have the power to be what we want to be.

Rodrigo admitted his genitals are the only ‘real’ part of him left, and spoke about his upcoming plans to have a hair transplant and mandibular implants.

The socialite has already undergone 60 cosmetic surgeries and over 100 aesthetic procedures in his pursuit of plastic perfection.

He told Mail Online:

Being a live human Ken Doll has never been easy. It takes constant maintenance. Bits fall off and need repairing now and again.

Rodrigo also wanted to use his TV appearance to speak seriously about the person he is inside, beneath the extreme image:

Personally when people look at me they are shocked at my appearance, but I am far more than what you see, the image I transmit, I have blood flowing to my heart and I have a brain and breath.
I’m more human than I can imagine.

The question remains as to what type of Barbie Rodrigo intends to be. Gold Medal Skier Barbie? Sunset Malibu Barbie? Time will tell…
