Joe Rogan Offers His Services To Elon Musk Ahead Of Proposed Putin Fight

The former UFC commentator and kickboxer texted Musk, offering to train him for the fight

Joe Rogan has offered up his services to Elon Musk in the latest instalment of his proposed fight with President Vladimir Putin.

Ten days ago, the Tesla CEO took it upon himself to challenge President Putin to 'single combat' over on Twitter, with the prize being named as ‘Ukraine’. He even tagged the Russian President, writing: 'Do you agree to this fight?'

And now, it seems Joe Rogan wants in on the action as the former UFC commentator and kickboxer has offered to back Musk by 'training him' for the fight.

Speaking about the proposed brawl on a recent episode of his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, he said: "Elon Musk wants... he wants to fight Putin. Have you seen that?

Elon Musk was a guest on Joe Rogan's podcast back in 2018.

‘I offered my services. I texted him [and] I said, “Dude I will arrange all of your training. If you really do fight Putin, I will arrange all your training'. It would be so f******g epic.'

Musk and Rogan are reportedly good friends, with the Tesla CEO guest starring on Rogan’s podcast in 2018.

Since Musk’s grand announcement, the billionaire has found himself in the midst of a number of Twitter spats, including the head of Russia’s space agency, Dmitry Rogozin, who threw his two cents in.

In response to Musk’s original tweet, he quoted lines from Alexander Pushkin’s poem ‘Tale of the Priest and of His Workman Balda’.

He said in Russian: ‘You, little devil, are but young and frail. Do you compete with me? you will only fail; It is time and work wasted for you; Beat my brother, and you will see!’

However, the SpaceX CEO threw back some insults of his own. He shared a photoshopped picture of Putin riding a bear, accompanied with an image of himself using a Tesla flamethrower.

He captioned the snap: ‘I see you are a tough negotiator! Ok, you can have 10 percent more pay per view money.’

The world’s richest man has been heavily critical of the war in Ukraine since it began. In an attempt to aid the Ukrainian people after their country has been so mercilessly destroyed, he offered them exclusive use of Starlink terminals, which provide access to SpaceX's satellite internet.

The app swiftly became the most-downloaded in Ukraine, offering those living in areas that have suffered from power outages a chance to use the internet and contact loved ones.
