If you saw a Tornado heading for your house your first instinct would probably be to run – but not this guy, he had chores to do.
Theunis Wessels was preoccupied with the state of his lawn and, ahead of finding cover, he chose to get the mower out while his wife Cecilia took a photo.
The man has balls of steel:
Both Theunis and Cecilia have spoken out after the image quickly went viral.
I literally took the picture to show my mum and dad in South Africa, ‘Look there’s a tornado,’ and now everyone is like, ‘Why is your husband mowing the lawn?

Global News reports that Cecilia was woken up by her nine-year-old daughter.
The young girl was concerned that her Dad wouldn’t come back in the house as the twister approached.

Theunis explanation was hilariously chilled:
It looks much closer if you look in the photo, but it was really far away. Well, not really far, far away, but it was far away from us.
I was keeping an eye on it.
Must have eyes in the back of his head.
