Have you seen Margot Robbie as Queen Elizabeth I? Probably not, because she’s seemingly unrecognisable.
Pictures have emerged of the 27-year-old wearing a thin, balding red wig and an outrageous amount of foundation.
The Aussie actress stars as the former monarch in upcoming movie Mary Queen of Scots.
The biopic stars David Tennant, Downton Abbey’s Brendan Coyle, Dunkirk’s Jack Lowden, Martin Compston, Joe Alwyn, Guy Pearce and Saoirse Ronan.

Margot isn’t the first actress to tackle the role.
She follows in the footsteps of Judie Dench, Bette Davis, Helen Mirren, Cate Blanchett and Miranda Richardson.

The film will tell the true story of Mary Stuart’s attempt to overthrow her cousin Elizabeth from the throne.
It’s quite a departure from her role as Harley Quinn, which she will be reprising alongside Jared Leto in an upcoming Joker-Quinn movie.
Margot’s latest release I, Tonya premiered yesterday at the Toronto Film Festival to positive reviews.
