There’s something about Marilyn Manson, he just oozes cool in such a weird and creepy way.
Everything he touches has an expectation of sinister greatness, and that doesn’t look set to change with the latest trailer for Let Me Make You A Martyr.
Manson doesn’t even look recognisable in the clip, somehow looking even less conventional without his iconic make up.

Looks amazing. In the clip we see Manson’s character slowly singing an ominous song with a gun in his hand, before being asked whether he is going to kill the man he is sharing a car with.
Over the whole thing is a really eerie score that makes it all seem even more messed up than it already does.
The official tag line for the film is:
A cerebral revenge film about two adopted siblings who fall in love, and hatch a plan to kill their abusive father.
In the film, Manson plays a Native-American hit man named Pope, who is hired to kill a man’s adopted child.
Sounds typically weird and creepy. It looks like a weird mix of True Detective and Badlands and stars Sons of Anarchy‘s Mark Boone Junior and Niko Nicotera.
Speaking to Rolling Stone about the project, Marilyn Manson said:
Mark [Boone Junior] brought me into the project. We were friends from Sons of Anarchy. He’s sort of my unwanted mentor. He tells me what to do. He’s always encouraged me, but he’s very bossy about it. He says things like, ‘You gotta do this, motherf***er. You’ll like this.
The more I hear about this film the more I’m up for it. Initial reviews are positive, with most saying its frightening and unnerving. Sounds good to me.
The film is set for a limited release in the States in May, before being rolled out straight to On Demand services at the beginning of June.
