An explosion has reportedly occurred at a Minneapolis school in the U.S.
The school says the explosion, and subsequent building collapse, may have been caused by a natural gas explosion.
According to The Independent, five individuals were taken to hospital, although one was released soon after being evaluated.

The private Christian school, Minnehaha Academy, has around 83o students altogether and people were allegedly inside the gymnasium, near to the explosion, when it occurred.
The Minneapolis Fire Department says there is one reported death – although it had not been confirmed, and that three people remained unaccounted for, potentially trapped beneath rubble as crews work to extinguish fires.
Officials and the school have said the explosion may have been caused by a natural gas explosion.

“It was a really loud boom,” one local said. “You felt it in your chest.”
