Naughty dog have shared one final trailer for Uncharted 4 ahead of the game’s May 10 launch. The hype is now reaching critical mass.
It doesn’t show off much that we haven’t seen in the previous two trailers, but there’s plenty of action and lots of Nathan dangling precariously over crumbling ledges – he loves to dangle over ledges, does our Nathan.
As we probably all know by now, this is Naughty Dog’s last Uncharted game, and the final one starring protagonist Nathan Drake. So is he gonna die before the credits roll?
The title a Thief’s End certainly suggests as much, but it could be referring to any number of characters from the franchise. Nathan knows some dodgy people, after all. The trailer does seem to allude to Nathan’s inability to give up the treasure hunting life, and that’s bound to have some consequences.
Watch the trailer below.
After several delays, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will finally launch next month exclusively for PlayStation 4. There will be many feelings involved, I’ve no doubt.
