A North Korean defector has revealed, to the shock of us all, that living under the rule of Kim Jong-un is in fact very, very horrible.
Public executions, teen sex slaves, you name it, Hee Yeon Lim has seen it.
The 26-year-old from Pyongyang decided to move away from the nation after the death of her father, army colonel Wui Yeon Lim, 51.
That was in 2015. To this day, Hee lives in a hideaway in South Korea.
It comes as tensions between her home state and the United States reach boiling point.
Hee revealed the horrifying moment she witnessed 11 musicians being executed in a football stadium after they were accused of shooting a porno.
The musicians were brought out, tied up, hooded and apparently gagged, so they could not make a noise, not beg for mercy or scream.
They were lashed to the end of anti-aircraft guns.
It was so horrible and I could not eat for three days as it made my stomach churn. What I saw that day made me sick in m stomach. Despite our privilege we were scared. I saw terrible things in Pyongyang.
According to Hee, the 26-year-old dictator would regurlarly scout teenage girls from school and make them his sex slaves.
Kim Jong-un is a married father of three.
Officials came to our schools and picked out teenage girls to work at one of his hundreds of homes around Pyongyang.
They are taught how to massage him and they become sex slaves. Yes, they have to sleep with him and they cannot make a mistake or object because they could very easily simply disappear.
Since taking the reigns of the country after the death of his father Kim Jong-il, Hee said Kim Jong-un has jailed over 25 million people.
It was by the grace of God that Hee, her mum and brother convinced one of the guards to let them flee on route to China.
It set them back £5,000 overall to escape North Korea. It involved them being smuggled to Laos and then Seoul, South Korea.
That drive through North Korea from Pyongyang was terrifying.
I thought I could be stopped at any time. The driver was handing out bribes all of the way to China. I have never felt so happy as I felt when I got out.
You can say that again!
