Jennifer Lawrence’s private plane had to make an emergency landing from 31,000 feet after suffering dual engine failure yesterday.
The Joy actress was travelling Louisville, Kentucky to New Jersey when one of the jet’s engines failed mid-flight, and the other engine blew out during the forced landing in Buffalo, reports ABC News.
Luckily, Lawrence escaped unharmed.

A statement released by the Federal Aviation Administration read:
A Hawker Beechcraft B40 aircraft landed safely at Buffalo Niagara International Airport in New York at about 1.40 pm on Saturday.
The crew diverted to Buffalo when they declared an emergency due to engine-related issues. The flight was heading to Teterboro Airport in New Jersey from Louisville, Kentucky.
An investigation into the ‘rare’ emergency landing ensues.
Thankfully, no one was hurt.
