Do you have a PS4 Pro? Are you desperate to see what’s under the hood but all too aware that taking the console apart yourself would be really stupid? Then you’ve come to the right place.
A new video from VirtualFutureTV takes Sony’s new 4K ready console and tears it apart (with love and care, of course) to see what makes it tick.
There’s no real benefit to watching the video – it’s not like it’s gonna really enhance your understanding of the console (assuming your the average user who doesn’t really care about the nitty gritty), but it’s strangely therapeutic to watch, so check it out below.
In other PS4 Pro news, the console seems to be off to something of a shaky start. Many gamers are finding that booting up the new console on their TV leads to a blank screen, and not the crisp 4K HDR picture they were promised.
This problem is consistent across a range of different models, including LG, Samsung, Sony, Philips and Vizio. Sony has directed concerned customers to their TV manufacturers, who in turn seem to be directing straight back to Sony.
Of course, if you’re pissed at Sony for giving you a PS4 Pro that doesn’t really work, then watching someone tear into one in the above video should help a lot.
Personally, I just wanted to see inside to know where the videogame characters were hiding, but apparently it doesn’t work like that. I’ll never understand, I guess.
