Republican Presidential Hopeful Claims Holocaust Wouldn’t Have Happened If Jews Had Guns

One US politician has stated that the Holocaust would not have taken place had the people of Europe been armed during Adolf Hitler’s rise to power.

The extraordinary claim comes from Ben Carson, who is of course aiming to become President of the USA, making his comments all the more alarming.

The Holocaust killed six million Jews, and according to the former Neurosurgeon, who was speaking to CNN, had the German people used guns to quash the Nazi rise, it could have all been prevented.

He added that there was a reason dictators always ‘took guns first’.

The 64-year-old Christian fanatic was on TV answering questions about his book, ‘A More Perfect Union: What We the People Can Do to Reclaim Our Constitutional Liberties’.

He said:

I think the likelihood of Hitler being able to accomplish his goals would have been greatly diminished if the people had been armed…

I’m telling you that there is a reason that these dictatorial people take the guns first.

He also said that in the wake of yet another shooting in the USA, this time in Oregon, he feels Kindergarten teachers should be armed.
