Ryan Reynolds has been seriously working out ahead of the release of Deadpool 2 – and his personal trainer has posted a photo for the world to see, and marvel at.
Don Saladino posted the picture, which shows half of Ryan, who is featured on the cover of the new issue of Men’s Health, next to him in his Deadpool suit.
Saladino took the opportunity to take a cheeky dig at Josh Brolin, who plays villian Cable in the film, telling him he ‘still has work to do’.
@joshbrolin , you still have some work to do. ? – Check out Men's Health's interview with @vancityreynolds talking about his preparation for Deadpool 2 (link in bio). Loved being able to tag along for the ride and watch this guy put the work in. – Are you guys pumped for #deadpool2? – Get access to my workouts at @fitner_app – Donsaladino.com for access to my free site! – #suitup #ryanreynolds #deadpool #xmen #maximumeffort #comicon #blakelively #superheros #marvel #comicbooks #coreworkout #trainingpartner #donsaladino
Speaking to Men’s Health, Ryan said:
Don has programs that I can access online because when I’m shooting, my hours are so erratic. I don’t want to have to meet somebody at 4 in the morning in a dark gym.
I just want to go when I can go. When you plan your travels, plan your workouts as well.

Whatever the plan is, it’s certainly working!
