Stormy Daniels’ Sex Tape ‘Tweeted By Her Lawyer’

Stormy Daniels’ lawyer may have just raised the game by a considerable amount.

In a new tweet, Michael Avenatti implied some pretty hard – ahem – evidence against the president in the form of a blank CD.

People have since tied two and two together and surmised the disc contains footage of a possible Stormy Daniels sex tape..

Have a look at the tweet in question here:

What do you think? Avenatti has denied it’s a sex tape but of course he would. It wouldn’t be a surprise otherwise.

It was recently revealed Daniels was suing the President. In the lawsuit, Daniels – real name, Stephanie Clifford – said she wanted to go public with her alleged decade-old affair with Trump in the lead up to the election.

Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen and Daniels’s then attorney, Keith Davidson, negotiated a ‘hush agreement’ in which she would be paid $130,000.

The lawsuit, which was filed in Los Angeles’ Superior Court on Tuesday March 7, suggests Trump was aware of the agreement and the money was intended to influence the election’s outcome.

The lawsuit claims:

Mr. Trump, with the assistance of his attorney, Mr. Cohen, aggressively sought to silence Ms. Clifford as part of an effort to avoid her telling the truth, thus helping to ensure he won the presidential election.

Clifford’s lawyer, Michael Avenatti, who has close ties to the Democrats, shared the suit filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court.

He shared this to Twitter:

Earlier today, we filed this complaint seeking a ct order voiding the alleged ‘hush’ agreement between our client S. Clifford aka Stormy Daniels and Donald Trump.

Cohen has previously denied the payment breached campaign finance law.

The ‘hush money’ arrived, after delays and complications, on October 27, 12 days before the election, according to emails reviewed by The Washington Post.

Daniels has now asked the court to declare her nondisclosure agreement before the 2016 election void because Trump did not sign it.

However, a source said it required the signature of Cohen or Trump, but not both.

The lawsuit also raises new accusations against Cohen, claiming he forced Daniels to sign a statement denying the affair ‘through intimidation and coercive tactics’, and tried to silence her.

Daniels, a former NightMoves, AVN and XRCO Hall of Famer, as well as a 40-Year-Old Virgin actor, alleges Cohen formed an LLC in her real name in Delaware ‘to hide the true sources of funds to be used to pay Ms. Clifford, thus further insulating Mr. Trump from later discovery and scrutiny’.

The alleged affair between Daniels and Trump is said to have taken place in 2005, just months after his wife Melania Trump gave birth to their son Barron, who is now 11-years-old.
