I’m not a fan of snakes. There’s something about the way they move that seems really sinister to me.
That, and I got bitten by one once and I’ve shit myself ever since.
Anyway, look at the size of this thing!
This video was captured by Mille Stoevring and her partner Shane Tuer as they walked along a beach in Queensland, Australia.
We were there filming about 20 centimetres away, the snake wasn’t fazed at all.
It was fascinating to watch it making its way over the bat’s body, to the other wing tip.
It was just amazing to see the snake’s mouth square as it tried to somehow fit the edged parts of the bat in.
