This Snapchat Video From Orlando Victim As Gunman Opens Fire Is Chilling

Horrifying footage has emerged from the mass shooting at Pulse nightclub in Orlando on Sunday morning.

One of the victims, Amanda Alvear, posted a video of her night out at Pulse to Snapchat. Clips initially show her having fun on a night out, but the sound of gunfire soon takes over.

It’s the first footage from inside the nightclub massacre, with Amanda having since been confirmed as one of the fatalities.

Ashley Velez, sister of the 25-year-old Puerto Rican, paid tribute to Amanda, saying:

I love you baby girl.

You were and will always be my baby sister. I’m so heartbroken.

You could make anyone’s day with the smile of yours.

Mercedez Marisol Flores, who was at Pulse with Amanda, has also been named among the victims, the Mirror reports.

Amanda’s clip from inside the nightclub comes after another Snapchat video captured the sound of 24 gunshots being fired in just nine seconds at the tragic shooting on Sunday morning.

At least 50 people were killed and 53 more injured after a gunman, who has now been identified as Omar Mateen opened fire inside Pulse, a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida.

It is thought there were more than 300 people were inside the building at the time of the attack, which has become the worst mass shooting in American history.
