Today Police, Parliament and and everyone across Britain fell silent at precisely 9:33 in morning for slain policeman Keith Palmer and the two members of the public who died in yesterday’s attacks.

The one minute silence was chosen at that specific time as nod to PC Palmer’s badge number.

It was also revealed today that Police made seven arrests across the country including Birmingham and in London – where yesterday’s attacks took place which left four people including Palmer dead.

This morning London Metropolitan Officers lined-up near a memorial dedicated to Met. officers who gave their life in the line of duty.

Officers were facing the memorial which is inscribed with a message saying:

This eternal flame commemorated those who lost their lives in the service of the Metropolitan Police.

MPs in Parliament also observed a minute silence in honour of PC Palmer who died on site from a stab wound from one of the attacks.

The attacker has now been confirmed as “British-Born’ and previously ‘investigated by MI5’.

Our thoughts are with those involved.
