Emergency services have confirmed a rescue operation is underway at the M&M/Mars factory in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, after two people got stuck in a tank of chocolate.
Lancaster County dispatch confirmed that at around 1:51pm, two people fell into the chocolate tank at the Mars factory located on the 200 block of brown street.
Dispatchers have also confirmed that no injuries have been reported, but the trapped individuals were unable to get out as the chocolate was believed to have been about waist-high.

It is believed that the two individuals are employees at the factory.
Elizabethtown firefighters are currently present at the scene, with an ambulance on standby, but it is not yet known how the employees actually ended up being stuck inside the tank or how long it will take to rescue them.
Journalists have set up camp outside the factory to bring live updates of the rescue operation, with photojournalist Nathan Yerges confirming he is at the scene via Twitter.

He wrote: "Just arrived on scene here at Mars M&M Chocolates in Elizabethtown after 2 employees have fallen into a tank filled with chocolate. Stay with @CBS21NEWS for the latest."
Speaking to The Sun, a company spokesperson said of the ongoing incident: "We are actively managing the situation and our primary focus is supporting emergency teams on site."
The news comes after parent company Mars was criticised earlier this year for redesigning their iconic M&M characters.

The company announced they would be given the characters a makeover to fit in with a 'more dynamic, progressive world.'
The makeover has seen the green M&M reintroduced with cool, laid-back sneakers to reflect her 'effortless confidence'. There is now focus on her relationship with the other female character - the brown M&M - showing them 'together throwing shine and not shade.'
Mars has said they want to focus on their 'personalities, rather than their gender,' after one of the characters was criticised for her 'sexy' appearance.

The updated green M&M will be 'better represented to reflect confidence and empowerment, as a strong female, and known for much more than her boots,' as reported by CBS.
Mars will also move away from using only one body sized and include imagery of M&Ms of all shapes and sizes, as well as removing the prefixes form the characters' names.
The company hopes their changes will show the importance of "self-expression and power of community."
