Footage has been released of undercover Israeli special forces infiltrating a group of stone throwing Palestinians, before shooting a protester in the leg from a matter of centimetres away.
The images provide evidence of a tactic previously spoken of by the IDF, but never previously seen.
A group of plain-clothed soldiers are seen joining a group of Palestinians who are throwing stones at Israeli forces before they turn, reveal their guns, and make arrests.
The shocking video quite clearly depicts one undercover soldier beating a Palestinian male, who is resisting arrest, in order to keep him on the floor.
The youth is then shot just above the knee before being repeatedly kicked, dragged on the floor, and held in a chokehold.

An IDF official has spoken out regarding the action, citing it is a response to a growing number of attacks on Israelis throughout the nation.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had warned earlier in the week that a ‘strong hand’ would be dealt in response to continued stone throwing, protests, and attacks against Israelis.
Netanyahu also said restrictions on action used by IDF forces would be lifted, and it seems that promise has been delivered upon.
But some media outlets and web users are now pointing the finger at Israel for inciting violence, which in turn results in their heavy use of force.
