Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been accused of drugging and sexually a woman in 1991 in a civil lawsuit.
The complaint was filed at Manhattan Supreme Court on 23 November, with the former Syracuse University student alleging that Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted her while the pair were on a dinner date at a restaurant in Harlem.
A spokesperson for Diddy has denied the allegations, calling them a 'money grab'.

Dickerson-Neal alleges that the rapper also drugged her so that she was in 'a physical state where she could not independently stand or walk.'
The suit continues, describing how the musician then allegedly drove her to a studio in a car 'where she could not get out of the car'.
It then alleges that he took her 'to a place he was staying to sexually assault her'.
The complaint also describes how the alleged attack was recorded without her knowledge or consent.

According to the suit, when she asked a friend how many people had seen the tape, he said 'everyone'.
The suit then describes the emotional impact of the alleged incident.
It says that the alleged incident sent her life into a 'tailspin' where she had to drop out of college after being diagnosed with 'severe depression and suicide ideation'.

It goes on to say how in the years following the alleged attack, she had to watch him rise to fame as she 'tried to block his existence out a[s] she tried to put her life back on track'.
It added: “Still today, Ms. Dickerson continues to work on her emotional health, economic recovery and finishing her college degree.
"Seeking accountability from Combs under the law is one more step in that journey."
The suit comes as the window closes on the New York’s Adult Survivors Act (ASA), which gave a one year window from November 24 2022 for survivors of sexual assault to open a civil case where the statute of limitations has expired.

This means that too much time has now passed in law since the alleged incident for a criminal prosecution to be brought.
Representatives for Diddy denied the accusations.
In a statement, they said: “This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson’s 32-year-old story is made up and not credible.
"Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more.”

This is the second lawsuit the rapper has faced this month, after he reached a settlement with singer Cassie who accused him of abuse.
The rapper and R&B singer entered into a professional relationship in 2005 when Ventura was 19 and Combs was 37, after he signed her to his label Bad Boy Records. They later went on to date for over a decade.
On November 16, Ventura filed a lawsuit in Federal District Court in Manhattan alleging Combs 'frequently beat' her and also raped her in 2018.
According to the lawsuit, when Combs first signed Ventura to his label, he 'ply[ed] the vulnerable Ms Ventura with drugs and alcohol, causing her to fall into dangerous addictions that controlled her life'.
However, one day after the suit was filed, Combs and Ventura announced they'd reached a settlement.
The pair revealed they'd resolved the claims in the lawsuit to their 'mutual satisfaction'.
