The FBI has fatally shot a man while serving him a warrant in his home in Provo, Utah.
The suspected man is believed to have made online threats towards President Joe Biden and other officials such as Kamala Harris and the New York prosecutor who is investigating Trump, Alvin Bragg.
California Governor Gavin Newsom, U.S Attorney General Merrick Garland and New York Attorney General Letitia James were also among those who were allegedly threatened.
The man, who the FBI did not publicly identify, was shot at around 6:15 am on Wednesday according to a statement provided to NBC.

“The incident began when special agents attempted to serve arrest and search warrants at a residence,” reads the FBI statement.
“The subject is deceased.”
The bureau added: “The FBI takes all shooting incidents involving our agents or task force members seriously.
“In accordance with FBI policy, the shooting incident is under review by the FBI’s Inspection Division.”

It has also been confirmed by the White House that Biden has been briefed and made aware of the events.
Biden is currently touring along the West Coast, speaking in Arizona on Monday and New Mexico on Tuesday.
The President arrived in Salt Lake City, Utah, at 6:30 pm Wednesday night after the shooting.
The charging documents, which have been provided to NPR, name the man as Craig Deleeuw Robertson.

Robertson had recently also been charged with threats against the President by federal prosecutors.
He faced charges on three counts, which were for interstate threats, impeding and retaliating against federal law enforcement officers by threats, and threats against the President.
Robertson had allegedly posted the threats to his social media, with one in particular reading: “I hear Biden is coming to Utah.
“Digging out my old Ghillie suit and cleaning the dust off the M24 Sniper rifle.”

Another post reads: “If I really told you what I’d like to do to Joe Biden, Facebook would censor me and the FBI would pay me another visit.”
According to his social media posts, Robertson was a 'MAGA Trumper'.
As this is an ongoing investigation, the FBI did not provide any further details on the shooting.
