The Kansas City Chiefs fan whose friends were found dead in his backyard allegedly has no idea what happened after they left his house.
David Harrington, 37, Ricky Johnson, 38, and Clayton McGeeney, 36, gathered at the rented home of Jordan Willis on January 7 to watch the Chiefs take on the LA Chargers in their last game of the regular season.
The group gathered in the Kansas City, Missouri, property along with a fifth friend to watch the game, but Harrington, Johnson and McGeeney failed to return to their respective homes afterwards.

Two days later, on January 7, police arrived at the scene after one of the men's fiancées called to report her concern.
According to Willis' lawyer, John Picerno, the arrival of the police marked the first time Willis became aware of the concern around his three friends.
As they investigated the scene, police found one body on the back porch of Willis' home, and another two bodies in the back yard.
In a statement to the New York Post, Picerno insisted Willis had no knowledge of what happened to the men after they left his home.

"He was asleep. He was asleep on the couch," he told the publication.
"The last memory he has is of them leaving [out] the front door, he doesn’t know what happened, um, with them, until you know, when the police came Tuesday night to his house."
Police have stated that they are not investigating the deaths of the men as a homicide, but the family members of the deceased are still determined to get some answers.
Norma Chester, the mother of Ricky Johnson, told Fox News Digital: "Seriously, these were responsible men. How do they go in a backyard and freeze to death, all three of them."
In response to speculation around the deaths, Picerno has made clear that Willis had no 'ill will' towards any of the men.

"He has nothing to hide. He went to the police station and spoke with officers without a lawyer present, he allowed them to search his home... these were his friends," the lawyer said.
"He'd bought tickets for them all to go to the next Chiefs game - he didn't want any harm to come to any of them. There was no ill will."
A toxicology report conducted by the medical examiner is expected to shed more light on the deaths. The results of the report have not yet been released.
Willis has since moved out of the property where the three men were found dead.
