Police have revealed they've made an arrest after a suspected kidnapping was captured on the camera of someone's doorbell.
Yesterday morning (April 22), Hillsboro Police received 'a report of a kidnapping' which had been recorded on a member of the community's doorbell camera.
The video was recorded at around 10:45pm on Sunday (April 21) at a residence near Southeast 32nd Avenue and East Main street in Hillsboro, Oregon.

It shows a woman ring someone's doorbell while peering behind her alongside shouting, 'Please help me'.
In the background, a man can be seen making his way towards her, upping his pace when she starts yelling.
As she screams for help, the man grabs her and picks her up, running away from the scene, before reportedly bundling her into the back of a white pick-up truck - with a police report detailing it was 'probably an extended or crew cab pickup without a canopy'.
The residents who live at the property which picked up the recording immediately contacted Hillsboro Police as soon as they saw the footage.

A resident of the property called Marisol told KGW News: "We were traumatized.
"She looks scared in her voice. You can tell that she was like frantic and she needed help.
"And the way she grabbed onto the door in the video you can see it, that is like not normal."
In a post to Facebook, Hillsboro Police report a team of investigators was formed and the video was circulated on social media in a bid to identify both the suspect and the victim to ultimately track them down.

Earlier this morning (23 April), Hillsboro Police updated both the suspect and victim have since been identified.
"The suspect was arrested and the victim is safe," the post reads. "The suspect and victim knew each other and this was not a random attack."
Police reassured members of the public there is 'no danger' to them and updated the suspect has been 'charged with kidnapping'.

Police added they will not be releasing the names of either the victim or suspect at this moment in time.
The post resolved: "Thank you to all the community members who contacted us to provide tips and leads in this investigation."
