A motorcyclist who vanished on his way to pick up a McDonald's breakfast has been found in a ditch three days later.
Taylor Boyle, 27, was last spoken to on Sunday (15 October), with friends saying he was stopping by a McDonald's ahead of plans to meet them at one of their nearby homes.
He was shortly reported missing, with an official police call stating: "The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man whose family has filed a missing person report.

"Taylor Boyle (5’10, 150, Blue eyes) was last spoken to on Sunday, October 15, 2023, by family members at approximately 10am and was possibly in the Halls area.
"Boyle was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black/white flannel."
A few days later, it was the Tennessee man's friends that discovered him hidden beneath trees and bushes at the bottom of a steep 15-foot embankment near Heiskell.

The small community is roughly 12 miles northwest of Knoxville.
Hope had begun to dwindle in ever finding Boyle alive as search parties had searched the area earlier on Tuesday (17 October) with no luck.
But a group of loved ones and friends decided to return to the area out of dedication to their lost friend.
This is when friend Brandon Lawson made a shocking discovery.
Speaking to 10 News, he said: "When I looked down in there, I didn’t see him at first and as I was panning out, I saw something sparkle — basically just saw the light reflect. And when I did, I looked back and I just saw the Harley wheel."

The busted bike led Lawson to his friend, with Boyle lying in a ditch just several feet away.
Remarkably, Boyle had been survived in the ditch for the past 60 hours since reportedly crashing his bike into a tree.
Thankfully, the US man was alert and talking despite the crash, though medics later discovered he had suffered concussion which would have made him oblivious to the obvious dangerous predicament he was in.
Boyle’s sister-in-law has since posted some extra details on her Facebook account, penning: "He had guardian angels with him as he only thought he had been there for an hour camping with his dad."

After being found in the ditch, Boyle was rushed to hospital with a dislocated elbow, concussion and small brain bleed.
Doctors have since said Boyle has a 'long road to recovery', though he is very lucky to be alive after the incident.
