An 80-year-old sex offender was punched in the face by his victim - with the pensioner going on to sue the man for battery.
Richard Gross was found guilty on 26 felony counts of sexual abuse in Las Vegas, but struck up a plea deal with prosecutors meaning he avoided any actual jail time.
Instead, Gross was given a suspended sentence of 60 to 180 months - so won't end up behind bars unless he breaks his terms of probation.
While he entered the plea deal, Gross did not admit to committing the crimes.

With his sentencing in mind, Gross' victim Tylor Fu became overwhelmed with anger and ended up punching the pensioner in the courtroom.
Gross was briefly knocked unconscious and later taken to hospital.
Speaking after the altercation, Fu said his abuser's lack of jail time left him 'extremely angry'.
He further told 8 News Now: "I know he’s old, but that doesn’t change anything like that, doesn’t change the damage that he caused.

"The horrific effects that I had to live through for decades, and it was not justice at all.”
Fu, 29, accused Gross of abusing him between the ages of eight and 15.
With the nature of the crimes in mind, Fu doesn't believe his sentence doesn't match the 80-year-old's crimes.
“It just doesn’t make sense how someone can abuse a child multiple times and just walk away without any prison time," he fumed.

After hitting Gross, Fu was arrested on a misdemeanour battery charge and is now being sued by his abuser for battery.
In light of the lawsuit, the 29-year-old has set up a GoFundMe page to help him with legal fees.
Fu wrote on the page: "I didn’t want to start a Gofundme at first but family and friends insisted I should and here we are.
"Please don’t feel pressured to donate, I am mainly trying to help other kids and adults that have faced the same thing and hopefully they will seek justice for themselves after reading about these cases."
Fu continued to say that he's 'been through hell and back' following the abuse he endured at the hands of Gross, which sparked physical and mental health problems for him.

"The justice system failed me in this case and didn’t sentence Richard Gross to any prison time even though the grand jury initially charged him with 26 felonies," he continued.
"I know there are many children and adults that have experienced this and I want you to know that you have the power to come out with it, tells your loved ones, report your abusers to law enforcement, and find justice."
As well as legal expenses to cover his defense against Gross, donations will go towards 'covering medical expenses accrued over the last decades that the victims of crime doesn’t cover due to their 7 year limit, [...] future medical care, advancing my education, helping others report their abusers, and getting back on track', wrote Fu.
At the time of writing, he has raised $2,000 of his $20,000 target.
