A teacher who was fired for having an OnlyFans account has revealed she's launched a discrimination lawsuit.
Kristin MacDonald, 35, was given an ultimatum earlier this year: Either ditch the X-rated account or face the sack.
She had been working at Terry Fox Secondary in Port Coquitlam since 2015 as an education assistant.

The content creator revealed she got into OnlyFans as a way to pump up her bank account due to the low salary from the school.
MacDonald has claimed the job only earned her $1,000 CAD ($730 USD/£600) every two weeks after deductions.
So, she joined the subscription-based platform under the pseudonym Ava James and started posting racy content there and on Instagram and TikTok.

However, it wasn't long before her account was uncovered.
The education assistant suspected the TikTok video where she dressed up as a schoolgirl might have caused an issue with the district.
"I feel like they're making connections to, you know, me defaming the education system by wearing this outfit," MacDonald said, according to CBC.
"It's so far-fetched to me. It seems very petty."

MacDonald insisted she was focused solely on helping students, and that she'd never been the subject of complaints about her behavior.
But the school put its foot down and said she would be fired if she didn't shut the OnlyFans down.
MacDonald shared a video about the district's demands and called for an end to the 'stigma' surrounding the creation of adult content.
She refused to give in to the district's demands, instead opting to keep her content live.

As a result, she was fired from the school on 16 June.
The 35-year-old has now revealed she's been locked in a lengthy legal battle.
Speaking to City News, she said: "Going through the motions of grieving the decision with the union, as well as, putting in a Human Rights [Tribunal] complaint for discrimination.
"Just like anything, it’s a process. It takes time."

She claims she was on unpaid medical leave when she was told to take down her OnlyFans account as her 'long-term disability was denied'.
MacDonald says she had to rely on the earnings from her OnlyFans during this time otherwise she would have been left with nothing.
“I hope in today’s day and age... I think as a society we need to either be open-minded fully and accept different lifestyles and different ways of living or, the opposite," she explained.
"I think, especially in the school district, we’ve made strides to be open-minded, but there are elements where we [have] not, clearly.”
