Neither the watching of nor taking part in UFC is for the faint-hearted.
This is a truism perfectly illustrated by this footage of a crushing spinning back fist knockout, shared on BT Sport UFC’s Twitter account.
Brazilian Douglas Silva de Andrade destroyed Henry Briones, who was left bleeding on the canvas at a fight in Mexico.

The knockout was the culmination of a wild ten minute brawl between the two fighters, who both struggled at times during Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 98 in Mexico City.
But at the three-minute mark in the third round 31-yearold Silva de Andrade, nicknamed Cavalo, landed the brutal spinning back fist to Briones, who was visibly tiring, dropping the Mexican and winning the fight via knockout.
With this win, Silva de Andrade is now 24-1 as a professional fighter, with a record of 2-1 in the UFC.
