It’s an absolute mouthful to say, but it’s actually one of the warmest places to be in the UK today. Yes, we’re talking about Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, the place with the longest name in the UK and Europe.
However, that’s no problem for Channel 4 weatherman Liam Dutton, who faced the beastly name today during his forecast – and absolutely NAILED it.
Liam glided through the pronunciation like an absolute champion, then took to Twitter to thank everyone for the kind, much smaller words he’d received for his impressive feat.
Thanks for the kind words this evening, all! ;-)#Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch

If you’re wondering, the longest place name in the world belongs to a hill in New Zealand called Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateapokaiwhenuakitanatahu.
Jack of nothing. Master of f**k all.
