Woman Who Has 21 Babies With Turkish Millionaire Devastated After His Arrest

A woman has spoken out after her husband was arrested, leaving her to look after 22 children alone. 

Kristina Ozturk has 22 children - 21 of which are surrogate babies - with her millionaire husband Galip Ozturk, and all are under the age of two years old.

However, the 24-year-old has now been left to look after the children all on her own in Batumi, Georgia, after her 57-year-old husband was arrested.

Galip was arrested for allegedly falsifying documents and on money laundering charges. He is also on the run from Turkish authorities in relation to a murder which took place in 1996.

He was sentenced to life imprisonment, a ruling which he appealed in 2018. However, the court denied his appeal.

Kristina has since spoken out on her Instagram account about the 'feeling of loneliness' she has felt since her husband's arrest despite being surrounded by children.

In a post with a montage of the couple, the caption reads: [Translation] "I'm used to the fact that my husband is always at home, always there. Since Galip has been working exclusively from home in recent years, we constantly spent time together during the day. At night, when the children were put to bed, they chatted incessantly.

"If I went to Tbilisi or Istanbul, then we chatted on the phone for hours, all night long.

"Now it’s more difficult for me than ever, I can’t stand silence, I can’t stand his absence, I can’t sleep and wake up alone, I can’t see his empty workplace ... I don’t see his smile, I don’t hear his voice, I don’t feel his hugs. It's unbearable."

However, the mother noted how the 'correspondence' between her and husband while he's in prison 'saves' her.

Although, she explained that she never anticipated having to 'write letters to him on paper,' or face the delays in replies or that 'other people would read them before [her] words reach' Galip.

"I write to him about everything I feel. I am writing to him in the hope that he will hear my voice when reading, my intonation, feel my love and pain from feelings for him.

"And I sob from pain and at the same time from happiness when I receive his answers. When I see words of love and promises to return home soon," she said.

Kristina has used her social media to share positive stories about how her husband has 'helped those in need' and the 'miracles' he created.

While she waits for Galip to return, Kristina has the help of 16 live-in nannies, who cost her over €90,000 (£77,269) a year.

Her and husband hope to have a total of 105 children via surrogate.

So far, they've spent over €168,000 (£144,259) on surrogates. The mother of 22 concluded: "I understand how much I love him, how much he loves me.

"Great love happens once ... and we are lucky that it happened to us."
