It's more than fair to say that both landlords have a pretty bad reputation across the globe.
Whether it's colossally increasing the rent, unexpected eviction notices or sheer neglect of tenants, there are constantly TikToks and tweets going viral that expose landlord malpractice.
And this week, one property owner has hit the headlines for outlining some, quite frankly, INSANE terms and conditions in a proposed rental agreement.
In a TikTok video that has already accumulated hundreds of thousands of views and comments, a Toronto realtor has exposed the woman's bizarre Facebook marketplace listing.

Outlining the controversial terms for potential renters to the property, Anya Ettinger described the listing as 'unhinged'.
The property owner's description - which includes amenities and utilities, norms for rentals across Canada - also states that the roommate was looking for an 'easygoing female to share the master bedroom and the one queen-sized bed'.
Yep, you right that right. The owner wants the tenant to SHARE HER BED.

She explained in the description that she had previously shared this astonishing set-up with a previous tenant, whom she had also found on Facebook marketplace.
"Just when you thought the Toronto rental market couldn’t get any worse, it did," Ettinger told her TikTok viewers.
"$900 a month to share, not even a king where you could comfortably put a pillow barrier, a queen-sized bed with someone who is not your partner!"
The realtor couldn't even fathom how this baffling arrangement would have worked, and asked why the landlord didn't invest in two twin beds, as opposed to a shared queen.
"This is so unhinged!" she hit out. "Renting out a space in your bed for $900 a month?"

She also couldn't believe that the property owner claimed someone else had previously accepted the arrangement.
And social media users were left equally aghast by Ettinger's discovery, with many questioning how the arrangement is even legal.
"Living in Toronto can’t be worth it. It just can’t be," one viewer commented.
A second wrote: "I can’t believe we’re at the point of bargaining for a shared room with twin beds."
Others shared similar experiences they'd endured in the rental market.

One TikTok user revealed: "I went to see a place like this, the ad said $1200 for a br. Turns out it was a 1br condo and the 60 yr old man renting wanted to share the bed."
Another went on: "This is nothing compared to Vancouver. Try a couch for $1,000, that doesn’t include kitchen or bathroom access."
A third teased: "I share a queen bed with my wife and it costs me $2,000 in rent plus I have to pay for all of her food and shopping expenses".
