Fans of the Hogwarts Legacy franchise are concerned about the direction that the game's sequel will take after hearing a key update.
Fans of the hugely popular game will be please to know it's primed for a sequel, with gaming industry insiders even reportedly confirming the news that a follow-up is on the way.
The game first hit screens last year, raking in millions and earning largely positive reviews from fans of the Wizarding World.

In fact, it went on to become the best selling title of the year after selling over 20 million copies.
However, some fans are feeling a little worried after Warner Bros. CEO J.B. Perrette spoke out about the direction the company wants to take its video games.
The concerns are around whether the game will be released as a 'live service' game.

For those who don't know, this effectively means that it is far easier for a studio to monetise a game as they can make far greater use of micro-transactions to extract more money from users.
This could be by making players pay a small amount for say, a new upgrade or different look for their character.
Gaming boss Perrette told Gamespot: "Rather than just launching a one-and-done console game, how do we develop a game around, for example, a Hogwarts Legacy or Harry Potter, that is a live-service where people can live and work and build and play in that world in an ongoing basis?"
In practical terms, this could mean adding in new features like characters or map areas which users would then have to buy.

People took to Reddit to share their thoughts, with one writing: "I plan to vote with my wallet on this one. I don’t have an interest in live services games, multiplayer games, games with micro-transactions, or a billion DLCs."
Another wrote: "I hope they let Hogwarts be the exception, seeing how much of a massive success it was last year. And especially after the massive failure their live service Suicide Squad game was."
A third posted: "That means R.i.P. proper Hogwarts Legacy sequel."

Perrette also named other brands in WBD which could be eligible for this remodelling, with others including Mortal Kombat, Game of Thrones, and DC.
Warner Bros. declined to comment.
